This new location is excellent, but after several visits with more or less the same experience, I would say that there seem to be serious staffing issues. Suddenly, the muffins are not cooked, the coffee is not ready, etc. No turnover, even for the simplest things.

I've made the detour to the river route twice now, because nothing works for me here.
The self-service machine ate my points and canceled my order by disconnecting me when I paid. I start my order again and it doesn't take my code because I already took it on the other order (canceled). I voluntarily cancel my 2nd order and decide to go to checkout. That's already a lot of wasted time.
I go to the cash register to sort this out (Friday evening at 6 p.m.) and there is no one there. I wait 1 minute and no one comes, everyone is in the back in the kitchen / on the screens, so I leave with nothing and points less. Wonderful ! I didn't have time for all this nonsense.
The other experience in this restaurant is that in the middle of a heatwave this summer, no ice cream or Mcfleury. Yet everything was beautiful on the river route at the same time. The service really leaves something to be desired compared to elsewhere.

The coffee always tastes like water at this McDonald's... Since mid-summer,... I tested it again this evening.... same observation... I suspect that they cut their coffee with hot water.... Done... I'm going to detour to St Rédempteur from now on... Fed up with it...
Check your order before leaving, it's never correct and plan for a good 20 minute wait.

Alright. It really exists! It's hard to see the McDonald's coming off the 20, so I didn't even know there was one. You must enter near the convenience store and not from the side near the parking lots. This seems to be a fairly new McDonald's formula, even though it has the same menu items. There is no fountain drink station, so whatever beverage you choose is what you will receive. There are high tables just in front of the counters, good enough to wait for your order. Otherwise, there are tables and chairs with interesting designs. There is a condiment counter, but very small. This McDonald's has a somewhat empty appearance that is difficult to explain, probably due to the low visibility of the restaurant. The wait time seems slightly higher than usual, but completely reasonable. The placement of the drive-throughs is a bit odd, resulting in you having to walk through the cars coming out of the drive-throughs. (Yes, there is a McDo at the exit of the 20 to go to Saint-Étienne-de-Lauzon/Saint-Nicolas)
