Worst service ever!! After waiting for almost 30 minutes at the drive-thru, we arrived at the terminal to order. We waited 15 minutes, no one took our order so we went to the window, honked the horn and banged on the window!! Finally someone answers!! I ask for a 4 piece brown no wing with salad, a tea with ice cream no ice!! I receive 2 pieces white, a wing, unseasoned fries, no salad and my tea with ice cream!!

For a fast food choice, this location is very good if you want KFC and Their fried chicken is always the best in town! This location is fairly new and is always really clean. They also have a drive-thru option if your on the go! Always check what's in your bags if your doing take out or drive-thru because there is sometimes missing items and this goes for ALL KFC's in the region. Delicious Fried chicken!!!

Pay attention to the lady at the drive-thru. If you don't tip, she will disrespect you and give you a box with almost nothing inside. They make selections inside the restaurant. Anyone who leaves a tip, the box will be generous. If you don't tip, your box will look ridiculous. I got 16 fries with 3 pieces but 2 which were so small it didn't even make another piece.

Too greasy, and not crispy at all... First and last time...
After waiting for 45 minutes before being served, I noticed that the 4 tender chicken, the sauce and the salad of my variety of barrel was missing ... I was really disappointed with the service received, after waiting so long and paying the required amount, not receiving what was due to me is very frustrating. The staff on site seemed overwhelmed and unable to help customers further.

Saturday 6:00 p.m., an hour and a half wait in the restaurant for three pieces of chicken. Also, I didn't get my drink. Another problem is that the fat from the chicken passes through the box and the bag. Consolation, the chicken was very good. It would have been nice if an estimate of the waiting time had been given as other restaurants do.
Parking: There is space to park in front easily and free of charge.

Seriously.... the employees who ask for the tip while keeping the terminal in their hands... at least give us the choice to put it in... already the employees do not have a tipped salary! To ask customers like that is really very intrusive, without additional service, it doesn't justify asking for a tip!! And seriously, the Barrel on the go! Almost $6 plus tax for one (only 1) tiny strip of chicken and a little fries??? The prices versus quantity is ridiculous. I paid almost $30 for 3 Barrel on the Go and a sauce! Which doesn't even feed 2 people...it was really the last time for me.
