We have always stayed in this hotel on our visits to the Québec City/Lévis area. The staff are very nice, and speak great English for those who cannot speak French. The rooms are fairly large, and meets the needs of anyone. The view from the rooms on the back side of the hotel are great, facing the two bridges. The pool/spa is a decent size, and the hot tub is a jacuzzi hot tub. Breakfast is very great. Location of this hotel is amazing, with a gas station, restaurant, and Tim Hortons in the parking lot. With a two minute drive there are many gas stations, fast food places, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. The bridges to Quebec City are only a three to five minute drive away. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed overnight.Check in /out was easy. Difnt get to use pool or gym they both rather small. Nice area few restaurants around. Employees were cautious and smiles. Room was clean, spacious and I loved the bed...I slept well considering that I don't sleep well in new places. Everything seems to be working in the room, which is nice and coffee at the breakfast time was excellent. Breakfast choices as expected-continental. Overall would come back.

Great service, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and exceptional pillows. All led to a great sleep and in the morning there was a very substantial and well presented breakfast buffet. This is our go to place in Lévis.

Seem to be replacing carpets with very nice floor tiles. They're doing a bit at at a time and the effect is very clean and fresh! I had a great room, large, clean, well equipped, with an excellent King bed. Good easy parking, quick check in, easy check out. Nice breakfast, actually have scrambled eggs and sausage in addition to the usual continental breakfast fare.

Booked a night for Thanksgiving, the room was clean and large. Price was expensive given the location. View on a parking lot. The reason for which I would never book that hotel again is the smell of the sheets: they smelled too much eau de javel, and the ventilation system was too loud to get some clean air...
