Very disappointed, I called it, it was 6:19 p.m. and the young man told me that he could not accept my order of 5 makis since out of the 4 orders he had to make, he had two left before starting mine.?? I tell him it closes in 1 hour 40 minutes and still tells me he can't take my order this evening. Very ordinary it seems that when we close at 8 p.m. we do not refuse customers at 6:19 p.m. because of 2 orders.

Unfortunately, our last two experiences at the Sushi shop in Saint-Nicolas were very disappointing. The sushis are generally prepared in a hurry, a little "crooked", rather small, even very small, and certainly of lower quality than those prepared in other Sushi Shops in the area, notably the one in Saint-Romuald. We gave the runner a chance, but it was definitely our last order from this branch.

This evening I paid $55 for sushi which was really disappointing. I recommend you avoid this restaurant. Some sushi was rolled incorrectly and/or simply did not have enough material inside. The taxiing was very poorly executed. An avocadomaki without avocado, just seaweed and rice.
I'm really disappointed that I wasted my money at this restaurant. Especially since I don't go there often... ever again.

What a disappointment to see that the portions for the poké bowls are halved... I was a loyal customer but would not order here again. When you pay an already substantial price, you want to get what you pay for, and that's not the case at all.
Not to mention the increasingly deplorable service (error in orders, missing ingredients, average quality), often 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes for an order is making fun of the world, especially to receive a child's portion with errors. Finished for me Sushi Shop

Very disappointed with the shrimp and lobster Poké bowl, frankly a quantity for a child's meal for $26 with no research for ingredients. 1st time and last time I go there. I thought I'd treat myself to a nice luxury for once. Phew no!!!

Les sushis sont bons mais honnêtement sur deux commandes différentes, le personnel a fait payer en double la mayonnaise épicé pour la première et la deuxième à changé de sorte de sushi pour la seconde (de 8 morceaux Red Tiger maki on est passé à 5 morceaux red eye). C'est une arnaque de quelque dollars à chaque fois mais pour moi c'est inacceptable.

J'ai commander à 7 reprises à cet endroit, ils sont toujours en retard de 30 min à 1h même si on appelle d'avance ( l'avant-midi pour le soir ver 18h), ce même s'il nous on valider que ça serait prêt. Chaque fois j'arrive et ma commande n'est même pas commencé et il n'y a pas foule en avant de moi pour prendre des commandes. Il y a aussi des erreurs dans les commandes une fois sur deux. Des oublis d'item ou il ont mis des avocat alors qu'on avait dit sans avocat, ou des arrêts dans les sashmi. Sérieusement, même si les gens sont correct et si les sushis sont correct, le service client est mauvais. Aucune offre de dédommagement offerte. Aucun malaise de leur part jamais. J'ai même des clients qui arrive après moi qui avait commandé et qui n'ont pas de commandes et qui dise de laisser faire que ça sera trop tard. La déception quand on planifié un souper d'avance et qu'on arrive chercher la commande et que finalement on a pas de souper ...leur comptoirs est souvent à moitié vide! Et on nous donne les affaire qui devait être chaude ...froide ... c'est vraiment insultant.C'est la dernière fois!Prenez le temps d'aller à la succursale de St-Apollinaire ou le service est impeccable, les sushi sont vraiment top travailler selon la chaîne et leur sont toujours respecter. Pour vrai je n'ai jamais été déçue à cet endroit.

Je crois que j'ai faisUne intoxication alimentaire, la texture du saumon n'avais pas l'air fraiche comme dhabitude. J'aimais beaucoup mais je n'y retournerai plus.
