Restaurant De La Montagne

Food was incredible. Service was great until my sons and friend came in and asked for water. Instead of from the jug like ours she poured it warm out of the tap!! She seemed annoyed and irritated that they came in. So we left without ordering them anything. I'm normally am a fantastic tipper but I gave 15% only. Hugely disappointed in the end treatment. And the server should be ashamed of her performance. Too bad because the food was amazing and yet I wouldn't go back.

Stopped here merely by accident ( someone had to pee). Great food and very welcoming friendly atmosphere. The place is spotless, not like your typical truck stop restaurant. We will definitely stop here again on our next trip to the maritimes.

Family member’s recent visit. During an overnight stay at Hotel de la Montagne, en route to destination ate dinner and breakfast the following morning at this restaurant. Simple, no frills, enjoyed a delicious hamburger, fried calamari and a fresh & tasty salad. Eggs & sides for breakfast were good too. Pleasant staff. Prices were in line.

Great music, great service, even better food. The mountaineer pizza was one of the best pizza I've ever had, it had plenty of toppings and the dough was perfect. We are still eating it three days later. Will be back

visited this place on the way home from gaspésie, nothing special in my opinion, a roadside cafe, but the food is delicious, the service was unfortunately slow but overall ok, very large portions, which is undoubtedly pleasing)

Total Surprise , Exceptional Food, we just made the tour of Gaspesie and this restaurant was the best restaurant for what we had, thanks to the chef and the personal 🙏👍💫

The restaurant is overpriced for the portions and menu options.

Our server was very courteous, attentive and pleasant.

We were forced to sit outside with our Service Dog, near a large group, who smoked and spoke (yelled) very loudly. We ate and left quickly, as I am asthmatic with allergies to smoke.

Our food did taste good, otherwise I would have given the restaurant a lower rating.

Next time I would go into Saint Pascal to a pub, or other restaurant.

Decided to take a driving break and stopped here. Glad we did. Loved loved the poutine!! And the garden salad was loaded with “garden” - so colourful and fresh

première fois que j'y vais le printemps dernier je prends une pizza avec mon beau frère c'était excellent j'aurais donné 6 étoiles j'y retourne en août je commande la même chose pas mangeable je sais pas trop se qu'il c'est passé mais je vais quand même réessayer au vacances à l été j'espère que cette fois ci elle sera comme la première fois

I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I find the price of the non-alcoholic beer excessive (as seen on the bill, $8.25). There is a menu of the day with a cream of leeks (good flavor, although very thick, but that It depends on taste). The roast beef is very good, they give you the option of salad or potatoes or a mix of the two. The waitress was always very attentive, she brought us extra bread (and they did not charge for this). My husband ordered salmon pizza, thin and delicious crust. Everything is excellent and I will return when I am on my way to Rimouski. It's just that the price of beer has blown me away.
