Second: the chef is a chef (maybe more than one?) - not an amateur or a dilettante or someone just learning how to cook. This person knows how to make memorable food - a rare gift and a real treat. Get off the highway, drive five minutes and eat real food. You won’t regret it.

wow! Tourist in Kamouraska, I discovered the resto-pub yesterday with my family and I was conquered. All of our dishes were delicious. Snail puff pastry (delicious), general tao chicken (excellent and not too greasy), steak (perfect) and tuna tataki (succulent). In addition to attentive and very friendly service. It's worth the detour!
