The employee service is impeccable on several points. Welcoming, attentive to customers, smiling. When I went there, the guy had misunderstood and made a mistake in my sandwiches. He quickly offered to do it again without hesitation and very politely apologizing. He gave me the sandwiches with the error as well since he was going to throw it away (not to be taken literally because depending on the employee and the location, the error policy is different). Speed is not always there, but for the quality of service and the efficiency of task distribution it amply compensates. The atmosphere is good and the restaurant is always clean when I go there. The foods are really fresh and beautiful. Only thing I would say that the place needs to improve is the way of closing the subs before packaging because when you have to open it to eat the food is 2/3 next to it.
