Wilsy - Brewery & Distillery is a wonderful brasserie with a welcoming atmosphere and a superb location for Terego members to spend the night and taste their excellent beers. The brewery is situated on a magnificent, enchanting estate and offers a tasting experience of their tasty craft beers, including a secret caramel recipe, in a peaceful, bucolic environment.
The brewery is located off Route 344, west of the village of St. Placide, between Oka and St. André d'Argenteuil, surrounded by farmland. It is five years old and one of two businesses on the property, the other being an equestrian therapy center. Visitors can also camp on the grounds. Open only on weekends, the tap room is small with a boutique, a nice patio, and additional seating in the shade. The tap list is medium-sized, and customers can sample the beers. The beers are described as nice, but not mind-blowing. Wilsy is one of the few Quebec breweries that bottle their beers instead of canning.
Customers have praised the passionate and exciting people, the excellent beers, and the exceptional service. The maple syrup, which is aged or infused with finesse and expertise, has also received high marks. Overall, Wilsy - Brewery & Distillery is a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and enjoyable beer tasting experience in a beautiful, rural setting.
