Wilsy - Brewery & Distillery

Visited on June 2th, 2024, at the opening at 2 PM. Locate off Route 344, west of the village of St. Placide, between Oka (to the east) and St. André d'Argenteuil (to the west), surrounded by farmland. The brewery is five years old, it had the party the day before, however it's one of two business there, the other is an equestrian therapy center. You can also camp there. Open weekends only, it's a very small tap room with boutique, however there is a nice patio and other chairs further away in the shad. Medium size tap list, you can have samples. The beers are nice, nothing mind blowing. They are one of the few breweries in Quebec that bottle instead of canning. A nice little country brewery!

What can I say!!
A superb afternoon spent in the company of passionate and exciting people. Their beers are everything in their image. Straightforward and without complexes, their beers are excellent... And what's more, they have maple syrup like you've never tasted before!! Aged or infused, but not just any way! With finesse and know-how. In short, a must for your list. If you pass by there, don't miss the opportunity to stop there, you won't be disappointed believe me!!!!

Magnificent discovery! Enchanting site, very far from the road. As soon as you arrive you feel like you know everyone. Delicious beers and passionate and very knowledgeable owners! I was there on a Saturday evening and next time it will be a Friday evening! Atmosphere and local produce market it seems!

C’est certain que je la recommande. 😍 Nous y sommes allé pour la première fois hier soir avec un groupe de 12 personnes. Il y avait un événement avec chansonniers, et pour l’occasion, nous pouvions commander sur réservation une assiette de Ribs. Menoum! Tout était parfait. Le site, la bouffe, la musique, le staff, et évidemment la bière, puisque c’est une micro brasserie. C’est certain que nous allons y retourner et que cette fois, nous allons goûter à la pizza, puisqu’il y a un food truck juste pour ça à tout les vendredi soir, et elle a l’air délicieuse.

Wow! Une superbe endroit avec des bières délicieuses!
