Three choices of sauces are offered for the poutine. I asked if I could taste the sauces before choosing and I was curtly told no. I thought about quitting, but ended up choosing the BBQ sauce, which I found slightly too sweet. Phenomenal amount of cheese. A medium size poutine is enough for two. No recycling for empty bottles, serve poutine in disposable containers even to eat on site. I won't be going back, even if I come back to the area.
