Oh boy, where to start...

The staff of young people who work there clearly lack supervision and whipping (metaphorical of course)

They chat, they laugh, they swear, they eat, they look at their cells... and this during the 5 minutes I was there. And what's more, the place is not clean...

A few months ago I also went there and experienced something similar.

It was tossing the ball over who would make my latte. They seemed distraught. The young girl there made it for me, she was still polite and the latte was ok.

Clearly, Tim Hortons Canada forgot that they exist...

Drive-thru service 4 cafes. The employees were laughing and seemed to be wasting their time. We waited for our coffees for 5 minutes and they were all ready. We saw them on the other side of the window. This happened on October 25 around 6:30 p.m.

Customer service 0, cleanliness of the premises 0, young people are crowned, other young people are there to fool around. It doesn't sound serious.

The cashier very nice but the one who takes care of making the dishes very bad tempered and disrespectful. Trying to make you pay twice for your order.

I'm going to the drive-thru this morning.
I ask for 2 trios this morning (a sausage and a steak)
They didn't heat them
They are cold
My partner is diabetic, he asks for a coffee with sucaryl, they gave him sugar
In the end we didn't eat anything
There was only my Cafe which was ok
Do something
Your Tim Horton's doesn't work anymore
It's the only one we have in the sector
Can we have a coffee like asking it’s not complicated to do I think
My partner tells me we won't go anymore
We never get our orders right
It’s not all the employees because you had a very competent one but we don’t see her anymore.

Dietary restrictions: Diabetic No sugar
It's not complicated

Many employees (not all) are just showing up for a paycheck at the end of the week, politeness and respect are rare. Service is average, the wait is long, difficult to get the right items, the opening hours are completely ridiculous (closing at 7 p.m.) if you want to eat you have to come before 6 p.m. (and again!), inside it's not sanitary, prices have risen and yet the rest has not followed suit, and so on.

On ne peut pas prendre notre café à l'intérieur car il fait trop froid. Le cadran est à 20C. On gèle. J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de mettre le cadran à 23C mais rien n'a changé. Pourriez-vous monter le degré? Merci!

Opening hours not stable, rarely a smile at the drive-thru lately, coffee not mixed.....a few years ago the service was much much better. It's sad. On the other hand, I must admit that in the morning everyone is very nice!
**************
We are now 3 days later....
Drive-thru closed due to a breakdown, it's possible, these things happen. However, waiting in line inside for 20 minutes for a coffee, when there are only 3 people in front of you, you see 6 employees (including 2 who are chatting with their friends at the end of the counter) and one of the 6 tells those in line that there is coffee left for maybe 1 medium instead of leaving for another, it's unheard of, it's even worse than the worst of the worst! So let's see! The Boston donuts (both types) were glazed and placed upside down on the rack before transferring them to the display. On what remains of the icing we see the grid of the grid on which they rested. The line is getting longer and I still haven't gotten my coffee, because I have to wait for it to finish pouring.... Seriously, do something. I can very well understand that there are personnel in training, I have worked in this field for 25 years! Except that at some point, you have to set boundaries.
Mine were exceeded. I'm going to get my coffee in St-Georges....

Extremely slow service. Staff seem to have an attitude of "don't do me..." And it's not the first time... Several customers waiting for their orders and some customers left when they saw the number of people waiting. Reecy ordered me like 25-30 minutes after ordering.
