A must for poutine in Portneuf
I have been going to Ti-Oui since my childhood, and this place remains a classic for poutine in the Portneuf region. The portions are generous, the fries are very crispy, and the sauce is simply perfect. No matter how busy it is, the service remains fast and courteous, making each visit pleasant. Nice and clean with fast service. But Don't be fooled! Poutine with Oily fries cooked in subtemp. Oil. Sauce isnt home made and tasteless. Curds are average at best. Burger was alright 3/10.
Better off going to a different snack bar.

One of the best Snack Bars in the province. The view is absolutely pristine. A beautiful village. A gorgeous river and a patio where you can eat your food and enjoy the view. And they have an ice cream bar next door. Brilliant place for a family time or an intimate evening date.
