Very large coffee 2 creams 2 sugars should have sugar and cream in it!!! But instead it's like a regular cream and sugar. Everytime. If I dare ask for 2 and a half sugar... it's so sweet it's not drinkable.So disappointed in Tim.For purchasing 196 coffees; 2 creams 2 sugars in 2023, I know very well how my coffee should taste.You also have to ask them to stir well.... It doesn't change anything.... 2 sugars doesn't taste like sugar at all.

Friendly staff but when you're eating and you see one of the girls wiping her nose with her fingers and doing it repeatedly and making food, it's still pretty disgusting. You see them cooking sometimes with gloves on and other times not… ugh. The girl doesn't seem to care that customers can see her and it's done systematically so it must be quite common for her as well as continually sticking her fingers in her nose...I still can't believe it

I came on a Sunday, the young people who were supposed to be working were laughing very, very loudly behind the counter, they were also laughing at the customers passing through the drive-thru and they were shouting tbk while laughing loudly enough for all the customers to hear. Really unprofessional place.

Usually we go to Tim's to eat quickly and leave. To this Tim, if you stop for dinner you'll be late for work. The service is incredibly long in the kitchen.

Like everywhere, the lack of employees is felt, mainly by the lack of experience of the employees, on the other hand the place is very clean and the employees do everything possible to serve you, they are smiling and orders are relatively fast .
