Après 1 heure d'attente j'ai appelé afin de savoir où était rendu ma commande. Le livreur a dit qu'il est venu chez moi (ce qui est faux personne est venu) et qu'il m'a appelé (mais avec un mauvais numéro).
Il acceptait de revenir seulement si je prenais la commande qui était revenu (donc froide).....selon lui c'est mon problème....
Je tiens à mentionner la gentillesse de la personne qui a pris mon deuxième appel. J'était consciente qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Merci à toi pour ta gentillesse.
