Dès qu’on entre au Pub Chez Victor, on sent qu’on s’apprête à vivre une expérience gustative unique. Le menu propose un vaste choix d’entrées, toutes plus délicieuses les unes que les autres. Mention spéciale aux boules, véritable coup de cœur du menu croustillantes, savoureuses et parfaitement assaisonnées, elles s’imposent sans conteste comme la meilleure entrée de la carte. Côté boissons, impossible de ne pas souligner la créativité du bar. Même pour ceux qui ne consomment pas d’alcool, les cocktails sans alcool sont d’une originalité surprenante : colorés, rafraîchissants et joliment présentés. Une belle preuve qu’on peut siroter avec plaisir sans compromis sur le goût ni sur l’esthétique. Le personnel, quant à lui, est d’une gentillesse et d’une convivialité exemplaires. Sourires, bonne humeur et service attentionné on se sent accueilli comme à la maison. Et que dire des burgers ? Du classique au montagnard, en passant par La Bête, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les saveurs sont équilibrées, les ingrédients de qualité, et les portions généreuses. Sans oublier l’option végé, qui plaira autant aux curieux qu’aux “granos” convaincus 😄. En somme, le Pub Chez Victor réussit le pari d’unir ambiance conviviale, créativité culinaire et plaisir garanti. We ordered a meal from Ubereats. We received the wrong order (in someone else's name), the delivery man told us to make arrangements with the restaurant. The restaurant had no openings, they told us to make arrangements with the delivery man. We were even ready to pick up the right order on site. I understand that Uber is responsible, but the restaurant also has some responsibility. The person on the phone told us that’s how it was and that’s it.

I expected more from the food taste, but it may be only what we all ordered. Otherwise, the place is nice for a burger joint. Relaxed but cozy atmosphere with a beautiful bar. Our expectations for the taste of the food were not met, but perhaps it was our choices that were not the best.

We visited this place 4 times in total. I want to say that the food has always been good. On the other hand, during each of our visits there was a downside in terms of service.Either we wait in the entrance for around ten minutes during non-peak periods (all the employees are at the back of the restaurant talking, we had to go over and wave). Otherwise, we are assigned a table only to have us change places because the waitress "does not want to be at the back of the restaurant" so the waiter who takes care of us must, I deduce, take the bottom section so send us there. Finally, once the meal was finished we had to wait a very long time before being able to make our payment, since the employees were all behind the bar chatting.It's not that they aren't friendly, it's just averagely professional at this location for our experiences. I repeat, the food is very good!

Me and my partner went to this restaurant for the first time to try the burgers. I ate the one called the beast and my partner ate the captain vic with Caesar salad and EVERYTHING was good! ☺️ I tried the banana tart and WOW ? Are we going back? Of course !

Great experience for me and my book club! We were a big gang, but the service was great, despite the short notice for our reservation. I'm definitely starting over!

The place looked cool but I didn't stay, I took my food to go. I had never had Quebec poutin before and it sure did not disappoint. I went the extra mile and got the confit duck on top and it was amazing. Even though I took my food to go when I got back to my hotel room the fries were still crispy!
