After a weekend in Beauce and on the way to Sherbrooke we stopped for an early dinner. Although the restaurant was busy we got a seat quickly. The terrace is charming with a view of the church. There was a group of musicians who played classics and gave a very nice atmosphere. The menu is very varied but of quality and with original recipes in addition to being at very reasonable prices. Not to mention the Queso and homemade mayonnaise that make you salivate. We benefited from fast and courteous service even with the traffic. In short, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time and eat good food!
Vegetarian options: Several salads without meat, poutine. I haven’t seen any veggie burgers or plant-based proteins.
Parking: We parked in the bank parking lot which is a 20 second walk from the Bistro. But there is free street parking.

No more mussels available for our table despite the promotion, despite the fact that we took the trouble to call to ensure that there would be some left. We ended up getting water almost at the same time as our main meals after asking for it and asking for it.
