Malgré que nous soyons arrivés en fin de journée, les filles étaient super souriantes et attentionnées. Vos lattes sont délicieux et brûlants. Le tropique du nord est hyper rafraîchissant. Chocolat chaud bien chocolaté! Que dire de vos pâtisseries. Nous avons craque pour les croissants aux amandes et les muffins. Incroyable! Nous n'avons pas regrette notre détour. Nous reviendrons!
Definitely the best café in the Laurentians, very well located in the heart of downtown Sainte-Adèle on rue Valiquette and a perfect stop for cyclists cycling the P'tit Train du Nord. I loved the warm welcome from the staff of Marc Hervieux and his daughters and the coffee is freshly ground. The pastries are excellent and I left with the homemade coffee beans.
