Wood-fired pizza with thin crust without edges like Neapolitan pizza. It cooks very quickly in the wood oven. Excellent! This is rare even in France where so-called pizza dough which swells is favored. We love thin dough!

This small, family-run pizza restaurant exceeded all my expectations! Every ingredient they use is incredibly fresh, and I noticed they store everything in sealed containers. Each time they take out an ingredient for a pizza, they carefully reseal and refrigerate it, which makes a huge difference in the flavor.
Since the restaurant is cozy and not very big, a reservation is a must if you want to secure a spot....
