Very strange menu with a 7 course option that does not follow any sort of gastronomic sequence.

We love the warm atmosphere of this restaurant and we come back regularly to taste the discovery menu with the food and wine pairing. The dishes are always fabulous and wonderfully matched with the wines. We make great discoveries of local products! Well done to the whole team!

Very nice subdued atmosphere, very good service. We opted for the discovery menu: the dishes were incredible overall!
Small downside on the portions of certain dishes which are copious so when you get to the dessert which itself is copious it's complicated to finish :)
For my part, I would have liked the dessert to be just a gourmet bite or a revisited seasonal fruit salad to finish gently.
Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian dishes with seasonal produce and even from their own garden are fantastic in the mouth!
Parking: Very easy to access

Delicious as always, it's a tradition for us to taste the discovery menu every time we come back to visit family in Ste-Adele.

Delicious restaurant a little off the beaten track but worth finding. It has been around 20+yrs and specializes in preparing and serving locally grown foods. They even have a garden on site to grow many of the vegetables etc they serve in season. As such the menu can vary dramatically on a regular basis depending on the season and what is available. The dishes are typically small somewhat tapas style to encourage patrons to try different dishes. Typically it will be about 3-5 dishes per person depending on your appetite. I tried and strongly recommend trying the discovery menu which is a 7 course meal selection chosen by the chef. You can pair this up with the wine pairing option with each dish which featured a few local wines that were very good finds. The staff was very efficient, friendly and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. Our server was a trained sommelier and really knew her stuff with regards to the wines and pairings. It can be quite expensive but definitely a culinary experience.

Succulent, top restaurants to date for this year.
We had it on our list for some time, it was a very pleasant and delicious surprise
They recommend their 5 course menu but we opted for 6 different dishes. These are more small tasting dishes than single dishes, therefore less expensive and you can afford a complete tasting
The room was too busy that day, and the owner/cook came to bring us his dishes and present them, which was a great experience... Very warm and authentic, the owner lives on site and is passionate.
As for the food. Ohh!! Divine, several dishes were plate licking, the presentation is very beautiful, beautiful diversity on each plate, sublime flavors, delight for the palate and senses, very beautiful discoveries!
We will definitely return. Of the whole gourmet restaurant tour this year, it was the most memorable and I just regret not having been there sooner. So see you soon :)
