Excellent customer service. The team is always very kind and welcoming. I was very well served by Sonia when choosing my glasses, even if I arrived close to closing the first time. Service that is both professional and friendly and without sales pressure. Excellent service also from the optician who had me try a few contact lens companies to make sure I was comfortable. THANKS :)

I have been going to this place for years. I want to make an appointment... it's October, it's July... Definitely an optometrist problem... The lady who answers is haughty and not very friendly. It's shipped, very quickly. In addition, calls are returned after several days. Very busy place. I've been elsewhere and everything was easy and very welcoming service. It seems easy to me!

I will never go back there again.

I bought my pair of glasses and I never managed to see well.

They put the built-in fireplace too low. So I have to raise my glasses above my eyebrows to see up close. So, I prefer to simply remove them.

I paid over $2000 for beautiful glasses that never fit properly. I went back 3 or 4 times and each time the optician played a little with the frames and told me that everything was beautiful.

My son had the same experience as me. So two members of our family paid for glasses that we can't wear. And if we go back, they don't do anything to help us, even though they should redo the glasses.

I don't know if it's the optometrists on call (so never the same one) who are doing their job poorly or the opticians who adjust them or the company that manufactures them, but one thing is certain, I will never go back there .

Examination with a new optometrist. Examination done, I choose two pairs of glasses.
It does not work. I see as if I had a film in front of my eyes. I am told that the glasses are correct. I go back 4 times and finally get another pair of glasses made. A nice total of 3,000!
I still can't see clearly.
I go to my annual appointment with the ophthalmologist who tells me that I absolutely have to have cataract surgery. He doesn't understand why the optometrist didn't see anything. It was too obvious for her to miss.
So the optometrist did a shoddy job. Those who adjusted my glasses did not think for a second that the examination could have been neglected.
I strongly advise you to go elsewhere!

My experience: The reception is correct, smiling and polite, Ms. Beauchemin optometry is very professional, everything is clear and precise, but with regard to the person who does the imaging tests, very unfriendly, the interactions are abrupt and devoid of delicacy! We expect better!I always said to myself, “If you don’t like your job, change your job!”For this I give 3* otherwise 5*.

The service was impeccable until I collected the glasses. I say that I can't see well from a distance, the poster on the wall is confusing..I was told that the message would be sent to the optometrist, but it has now been 3 weeks and I have not received any news. Since then, I've noticed that I can't read the subtitles on TV, the street names are blurry while driving. What a desappointment!! I didn't have that $950 in my pocket. Great disappointment with after-sales service.
