I was really impressed with this “crémière”After finishing our trip to eco park Laurentides, we searched for a place to get ice cream and found this creamery on the main street in sainte agathe des mont. From the outside, the shop looked quite small, but when we went inside, we found a wide variety of ice creams, including special product like queue de castor & churro’s. There was quite a long line, which we didn’t expect, but it was worth the wait. The ice cream was delicious & the service was good & fast.

We bought three different flavors, and all of them were amazing. The view was great as well, as the outdoor seating area overlooks the park and the bay. There was also a festival going on that weekend, last Sunday, which added to the fun. We had a fantastic time, and the ice cream was incredibly tasty. It’s definitely the best one we’ve had!

Bad service ? the price is not given for any product it seems that the milk is out of date and they sell it… in short not a very good experience ?

The bosses are so stupid with both customers and employees, they sell expired milk and they keep their losing dogs in the store. I really don't recommend it!! (A former employee who has finally resigned!)

The soft serve itself is very creamy. Very rich. IMO it's ok. Can be decadent.
The hazelnut toppings and pieces were good. Good if you like rich creamy soft serve.

I usually love this place but the last time I went the girl serving me looked at me and repeated my order as if I was slow or something. I told her exactly what I wanted, in a cup, the size, and whether it was hard or soft ice cream, and she was like ".....okay, hard or soft?" with a sort of condescending look? maybe i misinterpreted something but it was a very odd and awkward interaction lol.

Beautiful creamery. A lot of choices. The 2 young girls are well trained. Fast and pleasant service.
I tried their Gelato café (not the exact name but that's basically it) and it was very good (see photos). The prices are a little high but hey it's summer and there's inflation.

Super stupid cashier, we are a group of 4, everyone says their orders and when it's my turn I walk forward and she turns around and ignores me for more than 2 minutes while pretending to do something else. I left without taking anything. Really disappointed I came almost every week.

A cone created with hard icing is barely a scoop for $6 and the donuts are never fresh in short.This is the last time for me.
