This was quite possibly the worst fast food I've ever had. Fries were old and stale, chicken was stale and soggy. The bun on our sandwich was dried out. They forgot our drinks. Don't even bother eating here. Go to St. Hubert's or literally anywhere else.

I would like to mention my great disappointment about this chicken fries located in Sainte-Agathe. I mention to the cashier that I would like to have drumsticks and breasts or thighs because last time, I didn't have a drumstick and everything else was pieces with so many bones that there was practically no food left. no chicken in the barrel. The cashier mentions that it is not possible to obtain drumsticks and white meat, because there are no more left, so it is only moreaux which are desired. But what's going on with the management of this Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant? that's for sure! that I will not return there again without counting that I do not recommend it. It's just bones coated in breading with little chicken.

Since the restaurant renovations; the added drive-thru service is physically inadequate. The parking space blocks the tour of the restaurant... This drive-through is a dangerous maneuver... This lot was not made to add this service... I went inside. Or the service is overwhelmed and lacks everything. It’s the nostalgia of; Kentucky Fried Chicken! which will make me return.

We are a family with a child, we came to eat except that we were badly treated by the assistant and the manager, they were very aggressive in front of the other customers behind for the simple request to change the fries for the pops that we had. basically it was their mistake when taking the order, the person wearing the red shirt named annick put his fingers in the pot of fries with his big and dirty nails and refused to change them for us And gave us the money and asked us to leave

I ordered for takeout, they forgot the chicken tenders and the fried chicken pieces were small and dry, the portion are not generous at all for they price I paid. The wait times were sooo long last time I came here, I tried it one last time but was really disappointed. Won’t be going there in the future

I do not recommend this place.. the parking is always empty because the service isn't good at all. Alot of confusing menu just like all the servers over there. All of the worker looks strange to be honest they look like they're on drugs or have some kind of mental problems. Always confusing the orders and missing items. The last time we were there around 3pm.. there was only one worker who do the cashier and served the food at the same time. The price are more expensive but the quantity isn't there. They don't respect the pieces of chicken you ordered, meaning they actually precut the 1 piece of chicken into 3 and count it as 3 pieces... so the pieces are very small and hardly any meat on it. Some chicken doesn't even come with a sauce nor side dishes.. its ridiculous. Stay away from this place.

I wanted to buy the s'mores brownies which were listed as 4 for $9.19. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged almost double the price, around $18… I tried to understand and my brother explained to them that the business does not respect the price accuracy policy, but the cashier didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. He then calls the manager to inform her of the latter, but she explains that this said policy does not apply to their restaurant and that she does not care if a complaint is made. One of the employees then took the Brownies back from the counter, telling me that they would not sell them... This saddened me.

Ne respecte pas la loi du consommateur sur l'exactitude des prix, les brownies aux s'mores son indiquer à 4 pour 9,19$ quand on passe à la caisse c'est le double du prix 18$ , je mentionne l'erreur et la loi. L'employé appel sa boss puit sa boss me dit nous on fait pas ça ici... je lui mentionne que c'est la loi elle semble peu s'en soucié.

We went on a beautiful sunny Sunday at dinner time, curiously not a car in the parking lot after checking yes they are open we understood afterwards why it was not very busy defective liquor machine and after reading the comments I think it never worked uncooked chicken and missing items in our order really sad because I like Kentucky fried chicken but this one is totally not recommended I find it sad because it will end up closing if he doesn't change his attitude.
