Since the restaurant renovations; the added drive-thru service is physically inadequate. The parking space blocks the tour of the restaurant... This drive-through is a dangerous maneuver... This lot was not made to add this service... I went inside. Or the service is overwhelmed and lacks everything. It’s the nostalgia of; Kentucky Fried Chicken! which will make me return.
Husband went in and came back out with the food all within 5 minutes. We had placed a large order which all tasted great and was hot. We weren’t missing anything either which is normally an issue with KFCs! The staff were very chatty and friendly as well. Overall a pleasant experience! :)
Definitely threw them off with my English mobile order. I waited a little longer then usual as the cashier needed some help decifering the order - however they did throw a couple extra pieces of chicken in there and the food was hot and fresh
