Quel merveilleux endroit, parfait du début à la fin
IMO that’s a Michelin Star quality restaurant with low prices. The place is beautiful - see the pictures. 2-plates meal is only $35. Sizes are small, but we were full and haven’t even got space for desert. Highly recommend.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional. I started with the foie gras mouse which was unusual but worked. Then I had the guinea foul on corn, recommended by the waitress. I'm really pleased that she did however now I can't stop thinking about it! Even the bread was wonderful. Now for the constructive part. The restaurant is very beautiful however feels a bit stuffy. I wonder if they are trying a bit too hard to grasp onto old school service which may explain why the clientele is a bit more mature. It's a shame because the food deserves a wider audience. The real challenge for us was that despite this, the logistics of getting a cold bottle of white wine was seemingly beyond the staff. After ordering the wine we had to ask where it was as our food arrived before the wine. We were told it had to be collected by the sommelier but he was busy doing something else, then when it eventually did arrive it was warm, so it sat chilling in a bucket for half an hour. The manager did offer us complementary champagne whilst we waited but in a restaurant at this price level, this is a basic error. The staff were very nice, just slightly disorganised and had a weird strategy of having specific roles that they couldn't stray outside of.

This is truly a gem of a property! Ideal for a getaway for a couple. Great food! Great spa! Excellent service and amenities!
WOW!!!! I was reluctant to write this review for fear that the "word" will spread.. But it's time we all share! Unbelievable dining experience ! First, the restaurant, like the entire Manoir, is exquisite. Tastefully decorated, updated, romantic, refined elegance that you won't find elsewhere in the Laurentians. You know when you enter, that this is going to be a special experience. We were greeted by the very professional and welcoming Jean-Michel.. who introduced us to our bilingual and amazing waiter Erik. The very well informed Erik patiently explained the creative and distinctive options for the evening. My apologies because my descriptions could never match the passionate descriptions by Erik. Perhaps, it's best you read their menus online Anyways, We ordered the cod. The complimentary starter was an endive creation embellished with an amazing seafood melange. We ordered the beet starter and the croquette starter, followed by the Cod. The sommelier Marc-Andre was also very well informed and his suggestion was absolutley perfect ! Merci. My descriptions will never due this restaurant justice so I'll leave that to the professionals. If you are foodie, you NEED to go here. Congrats to CHEF Gonzalez! AMAZING! Thank you to all the staff behind the scenes too! This was a 6 star ******, not 5-star experience.. Absolutely, worth the drive from Montreal or Tremblant if you can get a reservation!!

We wanted to stay here so long and could totally enjoyed as expected! The hotel is obviously beautiful and nicely decorated. On top of that, the quality of the restaurant is incredible. All the dishes are visually pleasing and delicious. The service is perfect. We had beautiful sunset view. I hope I can come back soon!
Aside from a couple of appetizers they have no vegetarian or vegan options on their a la carte menu. Too bad!
During our recent stay at Stonehaven, my girlfriend and I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The restaurant itself is elegant, but cozy. The servers were all very professional in that they never “hovered” yet checked in regularly and made sure our wine glasses were never empty. I had the prime beef and my girlfriend had the salmon; we also had appetizers. I will not describe the dishes as I simply wouldn’t do them justice. Suffice to say, they were elevated beyond my expectations, and tasted amazing. The portion size was perfect. Although we rarely order dessert, we treated ourselves to “The Chocolate” and “The Ruby”. Both were absolutely amazing, and again, of perfect proportions. Breakfast was more of the same; great service, wonderful food, and perfect portions. I cannot recommend Stonehaven’s restaurant enough. We’ll be back!
