On a very cold early morning I made a stupid mistake ordering on the app. The nice staff fixed it for me without question and took care of everything for me and fixed it. I was beyond impressed, even more so because I was just prepared to reorder and accept my silliness. I was so frustrated with myself, and their kindness and thoughtfulness changed my whole day. Thank you!!!!

An employee in training was forced to have a discussion with me, it was very uncomfortable. A simple smile with a “have a nice day” would have been enough.
baristas weren’t particularly friendly. That’s besides the point though- I asked for regular cold foam because I do not like the soy based one that comes with my drink. The cashier put the regular foam on my drink sticker. The guy making my drink knew what he was doing as he was using the regular cold foam, then his coworker backseats him while he’s making my drink and says “ohh no ur supposed to use the soy based foam not the regular one” and dumps my foam for the soy. I mean, the sticker on the drink clearly says regular foam,, so why would you go out of your way to…? Make it the one I didn’t ask for…? It literally says NO soy foam?? 😭😭Even if you were unsure it takes 2 seconds to ask the client “hey, did you want the soy based foam or the regular?”. Would’ve taken two seconds. Guy knew what he was doing, you don’t need to breathe down his neck like “you’re doing it wrong”.

Bad mood employee
Complains when my daughter orders her drink and puts coffee in it even though she didn't want it and didn't want to make it again so we paid for a drink that ended up in the trash

upon arriving the barista was unhappy with the fact that we were taking recipes, he did everything very quickly to get rid of them which meant that one of the two drinks was poorly made so I had to pay in vain. the atmosphere was very unwelcoming

Today I used my mobile phone to place an order for cold drinks and food at Starbucks. All other items were completed, but my drink was not ready for a long time. When I asked the clerk, she said someone might have gotten my drink by mistake and told me to just grab the drink on the table that "looked about the same", not sure whose it was. I emphasized that I ordered extra strawberries, and the clerk reluctantly made me a new cup, with an obviously unfriendly attitude. The cup should have my name on it, it's obviously not my fault. Also, the drink tasted weird and I had already driven away and there was no way I could go back and deal with it. I hope your store can improve its service attitude and strengthen its control over the quality of drinks.
