Excellent service! Every time my wife and I go there, we are totally satisfied. At a time when it seems like everything is collapsing around us, it feels good to have an island of normality where everything seems like it was 20 years ago when everything was still functioning properly.

I ordered a traditional hamburger at the drive-thru. After taking my order and paying the young woman told me to move forward a little and wait. I wait, I wait, I estimate I waited about fifteen minutes. I decide to go and knock on the window. They are all behind the tills talking and laughing together. I call again and signal the attendant to come and explain the situation. She goes to ask the others for my hamburger only to have someone show her a bag all by itself on the counter. She hands it to me. I'm sorry but I didn't say thank you. Warm hamburger but still good. Really bad service.

Deadlines always super long. Minimum 3-5 minutes to take the order and on average 5-10 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru, sometimes more.

Cold in the restaurant, we went to the terrace. Very noisy on the boulevard. Why not a terrace at the back, overlooking the river?

I can only speak about the counter service……..arrive around 3:00 p.m.……wait in front of the counter to order, no one at the cash register, but the person in the kitchen saw us. Step back to let the other employees see this. Leaves around 3:10 p.m. sarcastically saying “thanks for the service.” No one spoke to us for the entire 10 minutes and no one came to the cash register. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. We ended up at a competitor's to eat.
