McDonald’s

Probably the worst customer service ever. The employees work in the kitchen and are very rude. Completely ridiculous waiting times and cold food. Seriously, it was terrible to hear all the customers complaining.

Of all the McDonald's I have been to, whether in Canada or elsewhere in the world, this is by far the dirtiest place I have seen. I was surprised to see the employees having a lot of fun as a gang instead of sending someone to clean. The tables, chairs, bathrooms, door laughter is inconceivable. The floors… it’s understandable given the time of year with the slush, the salt, the sand. But for the rest, it wasn’t dirt from a busy day, it was cumulative dirt…. Given the state of the restaurant I don't know if this is representative of the cuisine but I suggest people not go to this restaurant but to continue on their way and go to another McDonald's. This morning's Buritos was a real f*l. No cheese. Probably done with just one foot.

Very inconsistent service!!

Food is typical and the same for a McDonald's. The toilet rooms here however are absolutely disgusting. How can a renowned company leave the restrooms in such a state. For the volume of visitors, this location needs to hire a permanent, on site, qualified cleaning company. The dining room also was extremely dirty and unkept. The staff there are already working super hard....this place needs extra cleaning personnel.

Very long drive-thru service....unfortunately the cashier does not know how to count at all to give the change when we pay in cash...and we have to ask for the price of our bill returned at the counter because the order panel does not display nothing when we place our order...

Never seen a McDonald's this slow. In addition, 70% of orders have an error. Probably the worst McDonald's in the Quebec City area. Personally I'm going to make the detour to Beauport and stop cheering for this McDonald's.

Charging $1 for a small glass of water in a small cardboard container, following a $14 bill is completely ridiculous, if they think they're making money, they're going to lose customers...
