We don't even answer the phone when we want to report an error on the order. In fact, we don't even get a chance to explain the reason for the call. We just pick up the phone so it stops ringing.
Do this at my job and I'll be fired on the spot. It's the bare minimum of customer service to answer the phone.
Etk....there are other restaurants that answer the phone and correct our order errors.
We'll go somewhere else, that's all. Good luck sending your customers away.

Be careful. I saw an employee take these transparent gang outside while talking to these friends and then hold the doorknob.
