“HAIR IN MY SUBWAY”
Had long queue and only 2 people working. We all are vegetarians, but they didn’t care and touched meat with the same gloves and made our sandwich. While eating I found a hair in my sub and he was like sorry but there is nothing I can do. Like seriously!!

I order the load application online and give me no news… I call to ask if it was on my order no news…. I come and the lady tells me that it’s normal and I’m just supposed to come and pick her up… CHU FEEL GUESS TABARNAK! We don't even answer the phone when we want to report an error on the order. In fact, we don't even get a chance to explain the reason for the call. We just pick up the phone so it stops ringing.

Do this at my job and I'll be fired on the spot. It's the bare minimum of customer service to answer the phone.

Etk....there are other restaurants that answer the phone and correct our order errors.

We'll go somewhere else, that's all. Good luck sending your customers away.
