Big fan of frozen Capucino, they are not always made according to standards, quantity as an example, taste and texture never the same 🤷

An abandoned restaurant. The benches are completely worn out, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, toilet room and soap pump broken. It's pitiful

Very good customer service even if it takes a long time to get a coffee served. I give a rating of 2/5 today because the racks which contain the donuts, biscuits & muffins were dirty: dried cream sauce, seeds etc. The display clearly needed a good cleaning. I didn't order a donut for this reason. There seemed to be a shortage of staff at this branch and I have noticed this for a long time. This is a perception I felt while waiting for my order. Thanks anyway for the good service.

worst tim hortons in quebec. Expensive prices, and customer service is the most disorganised. They dont keep track of whats due in the queue and mess up your order.

Good service! Poor condition of the benches. Quantity in wraps reduced. Taste in the wraps less present. Beautiful and full donut and pastry display. We ordered using the Tim Horton's app. We had 1/3 of our ordered items that were unavailable. But the guy behind the counter replaced our items with others that were more expensive! So, we left there with $6 more in stock!

Passé à l'action de grâce. 2 des dirigeants se sont engueuler durant environ 15 minutes à propos du congédiement d'une employée. Cette attitude s'est répercuter chez les employés. Panini brûler, erreurs de commandes, délai d'attente incroyable, la file allait jusqu'à l'extérieur. Les clients ne savaient plus où regarder devant cette situation.

It's still very nice that I put a star because in reality it's a real 0. 30 minute wait for a burnt sandwich, I'm going to ask for another sandwich since mine is burnt, then they tell me it's burnt, the bread was charred all around like coal.

I ordered a chicken wrap, I was surprised that it had bacon in it, I don't eat pork, I was disgusted and threw up

With Google Reviews you have to put at least one star, but the reality is that I would have liked to put zero. We went to the Tim Hortons at 9657 Sainte-Anne Boulevard and ordered TWO Bagel BLT trios + a cheese bagel, a donut, a muffin and an additional beverage. The young employee at the cash register who took our order made us pay and quickly gave us the donut, muffin and drinks. However, we did not have our invoice and the screen in front of the cash register which normally displays our order as the employee did not work. We are then sent to wait on the side to get the rest of our order. Back in the kitchen we see the manager making the orders (but at that time I didn't yet know that he was the manager). This person in the kitchen is completely overwhelmed and disorganized, he complains to the other employees and he makes the orders in any order: several people who ordered after us got their order before us. An employee who was in charge of the drive-thru even came to him in the kitchen to say, "Take 15 minutes, I'll replace you", but he refused her help and stayed there continuing to complain and make anything. Finally we waited almost 10 minutes (for a very simple order of three bagels I remind you) and he suddenly comes rushing in and literally "garoches" the bag on the counter saying "A BLT bagel and a cheese bagel!" and he immediately goes back to the kitchen. I call out to him very politely to tell him that we had TWO BLT bagels and not just one, he tells us "NO there was just one on my screen, I don't have time, go back to the checkout if you want some another!". I remind him that we had ordered and paid for TWO trios of BLT Bagels and that we have already been waiting for our order for almost 10 minutes, I am not going to go back in line and pay for another double bagel. He still yells NO to us and repeats that he doesn't have the time he's in the juice. I ask to validate my invoice (which was not given to me, I remind you) and otherwise simply reimburse me for my order and we will go eat elsewhere: he refuses!!! We then asked another employee to see the manager, and she was the one who told us that HE was the manager!!! Such terrible service would of course have been equally unacceptable coming from any employee, but when it comes from the manager it is even worse. I still can't believe that a person like that could be THE person in charge, no wonder things didn't go well, and I see from the other Google reviews that we are not the only ones to have suffered such terrible service at this branch and the problem seems to have persisted for a long time, I do not understand why Tim Horton's senior management tolerates the behavior of this franchisee...

I don't recommend Tim Horton's to take orders like everyone else and then they offer you to wait in line again for 20 to 30 minutes to get a sandwich gang of incompetence from Calisse plus the number to reach the restaurant is not even in service its ridiculous serious pike gang continue to take endant who tap on the screen as if it were a drum I do not recommend there are two others not far go see them are better

I ordered a small coffee with 1 milk and also 6 old fashioned muntchin without icing. I received a large sweet coffee and 6 honey glazed muntchins. What a disservice, especially since I am diabetic.
