Good service! Poor condition of the benches. Quantity in wraps reduced. Taste in the wraps less present. Beautiful and full donut and pastry display. We ordered using the Tim Horton's app. We had 1/3 of our ordered items that were unavailable. But the guy behind the counter replaced our items with others that were more expensive! So, we left there with $6 more in stock!
Christina, although she is prompt, is efficient and knows how to manage a line of customers.
Marc/assistant manager is more calm and knows how to calm things down.
Those who would like to be offended by something, go behind the counter to help them.

It's a Tim Horton and like all Tim Horton's they have rushes at times and their problems in places... but I'm very happy when I have my coffee in hand and I can finally continue my journey while saying:ALWAYS FRESHALWAYS TIM HORTON!!!!
