Just passing through. Lots of cars outside which is always a good sign and didn't disappoint. Nice waitress and her English was good, thanks!

This was the perfect stop on our way from Bic to Forillon National Park. The lobster rolls were excellent and the person helping us couldn’t have been nicer. He happily spoke English (thankfully 😊) and they let us sit on the deck with our dog! We were towing our camper and we parked across the street. Not sure if you are actually supposed to, but it was fine for the short time we were there.

We had four lobster rolls in the region and this was our favourite. A classic style
Super friendly and the food what can I say, deftly prepared by a very good cook. Maine should come here to learn how to make lobster rolls. Will definitely come back when in town.

The pizza was severely underdone. Calling it “Neapolitan” is a joke — raw dough, cheap greasy cheese that slid off like soup. The sauce wasn’t awful, but it didn’t matter given how bad the rest was.
The wait was long despite the place not being busy. We thought the delay meant care, but it felt like they forgot our order and rushed it. It takes effort to mess up pizza this badly.
Had it not been near closing, we’d have asked them to bake it at least five more minutes — that would’ve helped.
This was a basic cheese pie — no toppings to complicate things.
Advice to the cook: Par-bake the crust, then add toppings and finish baking until the cheese is golden and the crust crisp. A proper pizza should be one cohesive unit, not fall apart like this did.
Virtually anything else on the menu would've been a better choice surely.

Lobster roll: half a hot dog bun with
Tomato lettuce and 4 mini pieces of lobster $19 plus tax.
We asked for an IPA beer. We had a Pit Caribou du Barachois in a can that didn't say IPA. The server repeated to us that the brewery told him it was their IPA. We had drank it the day before and it tasted really different. Go to the Pit Caribou website and when it says IPA it says. In short, I do not recommend this restaurant. We didn't even make 1 kl and there were several other restaurants afterwards.

Excellent canteen by the sea which served us excellent poutines and good fish and chips. The fried potatoes deserve a special mention as well as the kindness of the lady who served us.
The canteen is at a rest stop, so there is plenty of parking, plenty of picnic tables and clean toilets.
The view of the sea pleasantly completes everything.
