Avoid ? Above all, don't order at the terminal because we paid $30 for 3 menu trios and only one served in full and only drinks and fries for the others, missing sandwiches and of course no proof because no order receipt or CB suddenly refused to have the remainder of our order and had to wait in a long queue to buy the missing sandwiches again. And hey $14 more ?
And the girl who makes the sandwiches answered us with a haughty and nonchalant air. The requested options were not respected (no tomato and finally tomatoes in the sandwich, whipped cream requested in the cappuccino and finally no whipped cream)
in short, A DISASTER!!!!
And what can we say about the unpleasant and disrespectful staff.
And finally quality to be desired.
I think Tim Hortons is over for us.

Very disappointed with the service. Our order was given incorrectly, lots of things were missing that came with the order. Like for example a potato in the worker's wrap etc. Plus the coffee tasted like it was burning. For the first time it doesn't make you want to go back.

SLOW and UNPLEASANT staff NO ANNOUNCEMENT when order is ready. A COCA COLA WAS MISSING which we had to ask for otherwise they were going to let us leave without it even though we had paid then we ORDERED AN ICED CHOCOLATE and we were SERVED AN ICED COFFEE and the icing on the cake we ASKED for 7 donuts but we only get 6. WORST service in the world don't go there

### One Star Review for Tim Hortons
I am extremely disappointed with my last visit to Tim Hortons. It was a disaster from start to finish. First of all, they forgot a donut in my order which is unacceptable. Then I had ordered a hot chocolate, but I was served an iced chocolate instead. And to top it off, it wasn't even chocolate, but coffee!
They were out of Coca-Cola and instead of asking me what I wanted as a replacement, they waited for me to react. Frankly, a minimum of proactivity on their part would have been appreciated.
On top of all these errors, the wait time was endless. I literally waited three years for my order, and no one told me when it was ready. The service was slow and totally disorganized.
I absolutely do not recommend this place. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.

It's a Tim like any other, except that there was a lot of traffic when I went there, on a Saturday am, and it took a very long time to get our coffees.
