Online order for 1 iced coffee, 2 cookies and 1 muffin

We chose to wait at the terminal outside to collect the order.

15 minutes later, still nothing. We go to the car service to tell us that they made the wrong cookies in the oven and that they are now baking the ones we wanted...

Seriously, 15 minutes of waiting, no attempt to send an employee to warn the customer instead of continuing to make them wait, especially for the size of the order.

Request a refund. The assistant manager accepts but laughs in our face while talking to us.

Worst slow service ever seen elsewhere 15 min without moving at the drive-thru,

Made hard in tab.... during the day at the McDonald's not able to have fast service even with just a tank at the drive-thru.....

Often errors in orders but the worst is that last Sunday was the 2nd time I had raw chicken in this restaurant. The first time a few months ago it was cold and raw Mccroquettes inside, apparently several customers came back the same evening for the same thing. And this Sunday, my junior's chicken was raw pink inside. Fortunately, no salmonella contamination but the danger is there. No more chicken for me at this establishment. I got a refund but the damage is done. Always check your orders and even the cooking at this location.

Message to McDonald’s employees and employers:
There was a piece of plastic in my sausage McMuffin today, it's super dangerous if you tend to eat quickly and I can't imagine it for a child. It is very important to take great precautions so that no pieces of plastic end up in the sandwiches.

Sadly management dont allow staff to work apparently (highly under staff when i ordered)

20 minutesnd'attsntw pour un café glacé. Oui long week-end de 3 jours, mais à chaque fois que je vais manger sur place, j'attends toujours très longtemps pour être servi. L'employée répond toujours: Sincèrement désolée pour l'attente ! Ça doit être la raison pour laquelle les gérants la gardent comme employée, par exemple qu'elle est polie!
