It is written on the front door that it is temporarily closed… but no further details are given!

When this restaurant is open the staff is wonderful unfortunately it is almost always closed hard to understand probably due to the fact that our little French-speaking Quebecers no longer want to work and there are not enough immigrants to fill the positions.

Exit 48 off highway 10 was closed again, this place sucks

Arrived there, 4 young girls were chatting there. One of them quickly comes to take my order. A young man at the back who was obviously working (changing the trash) one of the young girls said to him in an annoying tone "this is because the lady has been waiting for 2 minutes for her sandwich".

Instead of one of the 4 girls who were visibly chatting and visibly having fun instead of working going to make my sandwich, the young man had to let go of what he was doing to go and make it. Bravo to the young man who worked for the young girls, maybe a little reminder would be good!

I have already worked at a Tim Horton's and I know full well that they have things to do despite the absence of customers on site (check expiration dates, check stocks, clean the dining room, etc.).

Staff was unfamiliar with gluten-free options, teen and her male counterpart were cavalier about our inquiry. For my husband, gluten poses a serious health risk. Was told the bowls were not gluten-free and they were out of chili so we left without purchasing.

Slightly long wait due to labor shortage but the best Tim Hortons I've had. Very fresh

There was no more rice, no more potatoes, and no more Tim Bits... Inventory management really leaves something to be desired. The person in charge should seriously be replaced. That said, the two young people who worked between 5am and 6am were friendly and courteous, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it. This is why I give it 2 stars.
