Really no effort on my last 5 orders or I want mcdoubles only ketchup nothing could be simpler every time there is an error either they don't put any cheese or it has lots of onions every time when I call to complain they told me 3 times that I was going to receive coupons in the mail and I have never received anything in 1 year of incapacity plus I am certain that cooking them on purpose it is written on my burger only ketchup and there are onions on the top between the meatballs in the cheese and below I have never made a mistake like that in any other McDonald's incapable ?

I gave it 4 stars at the start of my last visit more than 6 months ago. But I just returned today (Easter 2024), I am the first in a line of 4 cars, I am told to go to the waiting parking lot, wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting parking lot for a simple lunch sandwich is not great. Having worked in a McDonald's for a few years before, I am not impressed.... it must depend on the weekday and weekend shift

Do the employees of this restaurant want to work? Every time I go there, the food is "thrown" in the bags... the salad overflows all over the burgers, the boxes are dirty with sauces... the fries are cold... if you don't have don't want to work... change jobs or stay at home... we pay for this service and this food, it would be a minimum that it is well done despite the fact that it is a Fast Food...

No hello. It starts with a "Yeah", I say my first item ordered, I am told "Next", I say my second item, again "Next". I tell them that’s all, “You can move forward.”At the checkout no words, just give me the machine without confirming the amount or the order. Proceed to close the window afterwards.Fried wet cold, at least one of the three burgers were edible. Particularly bad service.

Ok, this is not my first time here. Disappointed yet again. Waited 12 minutes for a large fries... they gave me cold fries. Not even hot to the touch. I let them know and they argue that the fries are hot and fresh! Fries are so cold I can hold them in my bare hands and it's not hot or even near warm!!!They gave me a new fry... I drive away, the fries are cold and mixed in with hot one and over salty!! These are for my kids, so I went back in to exchange it again. Were talking almost $6.00 for fries more exactly $5.60. The fries should be hot and fresh!! It's 1:27 pmAbsolutely no excuse to have cold fries after such a long waitThe staff were rude and argumentative. I am the paying customer they should be respectful and have courtesy. I will not pay $6 for cold fries or be disrespected by an McDonald's employee. I told the girl at the drive thru I would review them and she said " ok, we will look for it"Here it is, learn some respect and basic customer service.If you like to wait, and argue. Come to this location.
