I showed up to place an order, the employees had a rude attitude, made me feel bad because they were overwhelmed and sighed every time a customer came into the store. They estimated a waiting time of 1h30, I returned home. I called back 1.5 hours later and they told me that there would still be another 1 hour wait, because new orders were added. So my order always came after new orders. I requested a refund… Very disappointing service.

That's twice, place an order in PM around 2:00 p.m. for 5:30 p.m. Arrived there at 5:30 p.m., they didn't take my order.... he couldn't find it.... it's ordinary. Find yourself a working method.

The sushi already made in the fridge is not so bad, but on the other hand when I have an order prepared it always goes wrong... bad service, sushi falling apart, missing ingredients... Besides, we filed a complaint for our last order and still no news after 5 days...I won't go back there again :'(
I am a delivery person and the orders are never started when we arrive, and the employees walk around and do nothing to go faster... it's a shame because we are paid on delivery and not on time so wait 25-30 min this is unacceptable...

After reading the reviews, we were hesitant to order, but on Saturday July 6 at 6 p.m. we came across two competent and pleasant employees. The online order was ready on time, the sushi was well stocked and very good.

The girl working today has the worst attitude and is so incompetent. She was rude and didn't want to take my order. When I tried ordering she kept saying "we don't have that" "we ran out of this" so I left and went to a different sushi shop.

ATTENTION. For sushi at 34.99 the clerk charges me $45 in tax.the guy tells me it's taxes.lol..we're up to 30% tax at the sushi shop, be careful.it was the last time. I'm certainly not the first to do this scam.
If there was a zero star option I would have checked it. Our experience begins with lack of experience. We placed an order at 3:30 p.m. for 4:30 p.m. We were told that because of the size of our order that it would be gone by 5:30 p.m. My partner came by at 6:30 p.m. He couldn't find our order. Following their search they found the order sheet on the corner of the counter. The order did not start with 3 other customers who were waiting for their orders on average an hour late. The on-site clerk named Zachary allowed himself to be very arrogant despite the fact that they were very much in the wrong. We asked to speak to his supervisor. We are still waiting for this return call.

I was so happy to learn of the arrival of a Sushi Shop in Ste-Cath. Unfortunately each visit results in a bad experience for me.I don’t think I’ve ever managed to get sushi made, after 7-8 visits it’s always “I’m no longer taking orders” despite it being 4-5 or 6 p.m. like this evening, Sunday. My girlfriend doesn't eat seaweed, so I only wanted to make her a few sashimi or a Poke, and as the "Grab and go" was empty, the employee of around 20 years old told me that he couldn't do anything (we're 2 hours and something from closing?!) I even offered to buy sushi in one of the last trays available and that he add a Poke on the fly to complete my order , nothing to do…For my part, I have finished trying. Looking at the other reviews, I see that I am not alone. It's a shame to go into customer service without offering any.

Awful service…said it was open and the guy didn’t want to take more orders…
I have to leave a review as my partner left one with 5 star and we want to update our thoughts on the place with this one. We ordered on the phone and many mistakes were done. We asked sweet passion with no cucumber and it came with. On the menu blossom are 5 and we received only 4. Volcano and sushi pizza came with no avocado. It's been 4 times we go there and 50% of the time they were mistakes. Last time, the employee didn't know how to make a cherry blossoms. Would not recommend

Online ordering offers service for 11 a.m., but employees ENTER at 11 a.m. We got our orders around 11:25am. Our 5 orders were made 24 hours in advance. The boss would know but doesn't change things. The least we can do is not offer this time slot if it is impossible, out of respect for customers and employees who must receive unhappy customers without having control.Decent food for fast food sushi.
