We placed an order at 3:30 p.m. for 4:30 p.m. We were told that because of the size of our order that it would be gone by 5:30 p.m. My partner came by at 6:30 p.m. He couldn't find our order. My girlfriend doesn't eat seaweed, so I only wanted to make her a few sashimi or a Poke, and as the "Grab and go" was empty, the employee of around 20 years old told me that he couldn't do anything (we're 2 hours and something from closing?!) I even offered to buy sushi in one of the last trays available and that he add a Poke on the fly to complete my order , nothing to do…For my part, I have finished trying. Looking at the other reviews, I see that I am not alone. It's a shame to go into customer service without offering any.

We asked sweet passion with no cucumber and it came with. On the menu blossom are 5 and we received only 4. Volcano and sushi pizza came with no avocado.
