I would like to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction after my recent visit to one of your restaurants. I placed an order online at 4:27 p.m. and arrived at the drive-thru about 10 minutes later. Despite this, it took me over 28 minutes to finally receive my order, which is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to be fast. Never before have I had such an experience at any other restaurant chain.
To top it all off, the dessert I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the promotional photo. It was barely edible and of poor quality. The difference between what was promised and what I was served is simply shocking.
If I hadn't already paid, I would have left 100 times during this endless wait. I am outraged by this experience and expected much better from Burger King. I will not hesitate to share my experience with those around me.

Pleasant surprise with my Fish burger: perfect breaded fish, well cooked, good bread, excellent quality, cheaper than MC Do (more than $2) Better than Mc Do!!! It's really very good. Pleasant setting What a shame to have a room that is not clean, not really dirty and disgusting but really not clean. (disgusting children's chairs + walls see photos) table not cleaned. Really a shame!!!! (impeccable toilets)

Burger King has to reconfigure its work pace. They start to prepare the orders after the person show up or even 5 minutes later at the restaurant. Very slow for take-out
