I don't know how a place like this can stay open, the service is unpleasant, it looks like we're bothering them, as soon as we got in the waitress left us waiting and when she came she didn't even say hello, no form of professionalism, it looks like they're recruiting just anyone, too bad for the franchisee! we ended up going to AM Dejeuner where the service and food was great!

I'm not one to write a review but our experience is worth sharing. My girlfriend, being a vegetarian, often orders an egg benedict and if the one she chooses contains bacon, she asks for it on the side so I can eat it. If the waitress tells us that it is impossible, she changes the dish without problem. Today, after asking for bacon on the side and no comment from the waitress we heard the chefs complaining very loudly about our request (we were several tables away from the kitchen) and the waitress commented on my girlfriend, thinking we couldn't hear. Once we received our plate, the bread and the egg were very poorly cooked (intentionally or not, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt..). Very bad experience this morning.
