My favorite sushi place in the area. We like to order the chef's platter, it's a good, more economical option. The poké bowls are very good and all their sushi is delicious. On the other hand, the last time I ordered by phone I had a really unpleasant employee. She was stupid and when I came to collect my order she didn't greet me with a smile and after I paid didn't say thank you or have a nice day. This is an important point to improve.

“Take out” orders are favored to the detriment of customers in the dining room. Lack of waitress so very very long service. We don't seem to know about allergies or gluten-free dishes because the same menu but different recommendations with Mika de Candiac
Dietary restrictions: Not many gluten-free options in hot meals where we really don't know anything about it or don't want to validate with the kitchen

On the other hand, things get messed up with the service….an employee named Rachel is as stupid as can be on the phone and what to say once in person. We feel like we're disturbing. Unspeakable contempt for customers. A customer simply asked for extra soy sauce and she was called a "fat girl" and a "crosser" by said employee in front of her colleagues and customers including me. Wow, what a lack of class!
We had Mika sushi for the first time last week and we greatly enjoyed it. We're new to the world of sushi so when I was there ordering I explained so to the staff and they were super nice and helpful. Definitely pricey so won't be getting as often as I'd like but will be a worth while treat.
