Honestly I don't normally waste my time writing a review but 2 orders placed with Uber in 1 hour and the 2 sausage worker wraps are missing. Just mayo and a sausage in the wrap. 2nd orders an egg in the wrap nothing to worry about 'other. $40 later with all the costs I was able to combine the 2 wraps to make a complete one myself. Thank you Tim I love you

I went through the drive-thru at 3:10 p.m. I asked the employee, before ordering, if the fried potatoes were good, because in my experience, when we pass 3 p.m. and it is not rush hour, the potatoes are old and dry .
The employee replied “yes, they are beautiful. They're fresh out of the oven! » I answer him “perfect then! I take them and I take a wrap too. » I pay and leave.
Once on the highway, I notice that the fries are very dry (I can hit them on my steering wheel and they crumble) and what can I say about the chicken... I then called the tim to explain the situation. The employee was very nice and told me that she didn't understand, that she had been told that when she arrived for her shift at 2 a.m., that the food had just been made... (it's 3:20 p.m. approximately….) She then offered to make a batch again, which I could iron… however this evening I am not going back there…
I then advised the employee to throw away his current batch and start with others, since I probably won't be the only one unhappy...
I normally like this tim, the iced cappuccinos are great and the employees are smiling. However, I will not return to eat a meal at this tim.

It was rlly nice, although there was a small issue with the website but the employees were very kind and patient about it. It was only a minor issue though. We came through the drive-thru using the online website. We had a similar order to someone's and got the wrong one. That took a little longer but it's okay nothing major.
Edit: Ok we got the food. They forgot all the toppings on our drinks and we paid 10$ for chicken and Parmesan on our pizza, and we got the normal plain. Also even the toppings that come with the drinks are gone. It seemed like they rushed a lot and forgot a bunch of stuff. Also it still took a long time. Sorry but not the best experience.
Edit: Also, I took a habeñero crispy chicken rap and it wasn't spicy with the other flavors. It's like if the habeñero sauce was only put at the end.
Edit: Also someone else with me ordered a Boston cream doughnut and they got another chocolat doughnut instead.
Edit: Also our fruity timbits had sprinkles and if some people don't like them then they don't know the difference between birthday and cherry or whatever fruit.
Edit: Ok another person with us went to go talk about what happened. They refunded us for ALL the things that were wrong in the order. It ended well it was just not a very pleasant trip.
Edit: Pretty much the website didn't send any details. So it's really just the website that needs some repair. But they were very kind about it.
Edit: Also even though it was missing some toppings and stuff, the food itself tasted amazing. Hand of applause for that ?.

faudrait vraiment gérer les écrans du drive…. sans mentir 70% du temps vous n’avez pas ce qui est indiqué sur l’écran… que se soit les pizza, le chili, et les nouveauté… aussi servir de la soupe tiède ses quand même vraiment moyen… c’est triste mais depuis la pandémie ce tim la et je précise votre tim hortons seulement est devenue ridicule. Moi qui voulais avoir de la nostalgie des timbits aux cerises je commence par demander à la personne au drive s’il y en a, elle me dit que oui. Je demande donc de faire une boite de 10 moitié moitié avec ceux gâteaux d’anniversaire. En ouvrant la boite aucun à la cerises sérieusement quand tu va au tim hortons juste pour ça c’est définitivement décourageant surtout quand tu laisses du tips pour que ta commande soit même pas ce que tu veux

J'y suis allé avec ma grand mère. Service horrible. Attendu plus de 30 minutes pour un rap poulet croustillant et un petit cappuccino glacé au caramel. J'ai du redire ma commande parce qu'ils l'avaient oublié. Une fois servie, mon cappuccino goûtait l'eau, mon rap était à moitié déconstruit, trop de sauce. Ma grand mère à pogner de la laitue périmée dans son rap. Tout ça c'est sans parler du personnel qui jase à tue-tête.
