Best poutines in the region! Very fast service even though there can be a little wait in line sometimes... because the place is extremely popular with locals and tourists. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great poutine!

I had high expectations given the hype and all the reviews. There was a line up but it moved fast enough. We shared their famous shrimp poutine and some fried clams. We did not expect the mountain of shrimps on top of the poutine to be freezing cold, and it spoiled the experience for us. Individual components were good, but who wants to eat cold poutine? The fried clams didn’t taste much apart from the batter.
At the end of our Gaspésie road trip, my partner kept mentioning this place as our biggest food disappointment 🤷🏻♀️

Stop on our journey, nice surprise, very friendly little canteen, portions are copious, had Dalton poutine, pleasant staff.
I had a lobster poutine, the lobster was good but cold and the home fries looked more like a basket than a good portion of fries, in short even if I ate relatively well I'm still a little disappointed! On September 28, 2024, back at the Ste Flavie canteen, I had a shrimp poutine (average) and honestly, the poutine is well served, and the white sauce (you have to ask) is very good! So I recommend everyone to try it at least once!!

Drôle d’information! J’ai téléphoné de Rimouski à 11.30hcar nous venons de Québec et ne voulais arriver la cantine fermée , la dame m’a répondu qu’ils allaient fermer à 15h pas de problème elle m’a même demandé de prendre ma commande, nous sommes arrivé à 13.30h la porte barrée. Aucun respect pour la clientèle, c’est peut être bon mais cheap👎 🤑comme commerce, pas grave nous sommes allé nous régaler au capitaine homard.
