At the drive-thru, I took a McCroquette trio and received 2 honeys. I asked for 1 extra only to be told it's not free. After saying that 2 is not enough for 10 kibbles, the employee tells me that he is not the owner. The employee was very rude. And frankly, at the price of the kibbles, you could get 3 with 10 kibbles.

Worst McDonald's I've been to, don't go there. Deficient and horrible drive-thru service, often errors in orders, 5 trios is always complicated. Staff who seem to have difficulty understanding French, very stupid and forced me to pay again for a drink... The manager defends his incompetent employees, it's nonsense. In the future, I prefer to make a detour to that of St-Augustin.

Laya-rauze totally disrespected us by refusing to take our order and threatened to call the police. In addition, lèa-reauze did not put the right things in the order, they were missing fries, the poutine was disgusting and the drinks tasted like water. I recommend it to anyone. If I had one word to write about the restaurant it would undoubtedly shine… could never Lea-Rose, could never!!! On the other hand, the service was fast.
