Subway in Sainte Foy

“If I can, I always go to this Subway in Quebec. It is very well located, a bus stop just ahead. The bread is always ultra soft, and the sandwiches are filled and very good. It's rare to have this quality at another Subway. The employees are very courteous and welcoming.“

“I showed up at this restaurant this Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 9:26 p.m. Not knowing the closing time which was that evening at 9:30 p.m., I anticipated the employee's willingness to serve me.

To my great surprise, the on-site employee "Fadel" (forgive me if I made a mistake in the first name) welcomed me warmly. I would even go so far as to say that I had the right to customer service that I have rarely had in restaurants and even less so in a Subway chain. He even made sure my sub was to my liking!

With customer service gradually disappearing over the years, this Subway can be proud and grateful to have an employee like the one on site that evening. I will make sure to speak highly and highly of this particular Subway.

Once again, I am speechless for the impeccable service I received this December 19, 2024 at 9:26 p.m.“
