I was refused a glass of water with my order. It is a consumer’s right to request a glass of water with purchase. Ridiculous

My cheese rolls were poorly made, I only had one kind of cheese and the only cheese I had was very tasteless. For $5.75 with taxes, it's very expensive for disappointing and poorly made rolls. I would have gone and asked for a replacement if I had had time.

Lol.... If you're doing a mobile order and you're not there to supervise them like children when they make your sandwich, expect to have plenty of mistakes.
Also you have to put everything in "extra" if you want to have a normal quantity of toppings, because they are made so cheap that they scrape on all the ingredients despite the prices continuing to increase.

Then they dare to ask for a tip for their horrible customer service ?... in short, a real joke... I would have given zero stars.

(Luckily they now have a little more competition in the same building and surrounding areas).
