The app is also a big plus, making it easy to order ahead and score exclusive deals. However, there’s room for improvement—some locations could be cleaner, especially during peak times, and the healthier menu options feel a bit limited.

Jan 01 2025 , around 5PM !! I ordered English muffins, just egg and cheese, they gave me with bacon and I returned them and asked for just egg and cheese!! Iam not sure the guy served me the burnt one !!

I really like McDonald's for its speed and the consistency of its products. The Big Mac and fries remain essential classics. However, there were some minor inconveniences during my last visit. Some menu items, like the "grumpy stuff", were unfortunately out of stock, which is always a bit disappointing. Despite this, the service was efficient and courteous. Overall, a good experience, but a little effort on product availability would be appreciated.

The place is beautiful and warm but the service is really bad no one answers the drive after 15 minutes at the night service yet there was only one customer, me, and when I come back it takes 5 minutes for the guy to come take my order and I am told that what I want to order is not available (a big mac lol) I take other things without hesitation, in any case the service is to be desired

Very long service even though there was one more person (it was dead). In addition to the waiting time there were plenty of errors. (the other guy had mistakes too.) My cheeseburger was miserable. Him and my brother just had ketchup and a meatball. Mine had ketchup, ONE pickle, cheese and a meatball. When I went to report this the girl was stupid and didn't want to cooperate. She told me that's what cheeses were like and mentioned the ingredients including mustard which wasn't in my burger. I told her and she didn't want to do anything. Not to mention the missing onions. She told me that to have some it was an extra extra. Let's see, I always order cheeses and there have always been some. I just think that she and her colleagues didn't want to cut any because there wasn't even any in my brother's Big Mac. I insisted and she told me she knew her job. Point. In short, my experience remained bitter.

We stop to order 4 McValeur. All 4 sandwich buns are burnt and rock hard. The shift manager on duty happened to pass by our table so I asked him about it. Here is his answer: that’s how breads are today! Sorry! And he leaves. Hello? Your toaster is out of adjustment and it's your job to adjust it! And to satisfy customers too! Paying for scrap is ugly! For a McDonald's that is open 24/7 at the drive-thru, the lack of response and black screens at the drive-thru is average.
(2020) I am not arguing against the employees at the counter, very far from it. But I don't understand why we have to cross the drive-thru lane, get to the restaurant and go through a tiny anteroom to enter a dining room with poor lighting... But whatever, I'm going to stop there again and again!!
(2024) Fast service, courteous staff and order accuracy is there (I'm not talking about the drive-thru), clean bathroom and dining room. But... the atmosphere is so bad in this branch and I'm not able to explain it to myself... maybe the lighting?
