Bathroom are really filthy. Stop twice in a month it was really bad and lots of staff standing around doing nothing but talking. Next time I drive by will take pictures for sure
Waited for 50mins I asked for a refund and they refused me?! Isn’t that illegal. Horrible service, I didn’t even eat the food afterwards. It ruined my appetite, I hate Tim Horton because of these places. The chef refused to help us with the refund and forced us to take the food. Horrible, horrible, horrible, avoid this location at all cost!

Two different times I ordered the food there but got something else instead. Be careful everyone, check your food before you leave. Those guys look at your face and hand you cold food thats prepared in rush.

I had a very bad experience. While ordering in English, I was rudely warned by an Asian Tim Hortons employee that I should speak French. Do you think this was racist? The Asian employee was very rude.

Service and staff were amazing. The boys were kind to answer my questions. We ordered soups and it was served hot at our table. Though the place needs a little upgrade, overall it is a good place to stop for refreshments and also fill gas at Shell station and then continue to Quebec City.

Not at all good experience. The sitting area is not tidy. The service is slow and order arrived totally different from what we ordered. Very unpleasant experience. We ordered veggie cilantro wrap and it came with chicken in it. And when brought up to the staff, they casually let that off saying the order was mismatched. Totally unacceptable and unpleasant.
