I have always liked Ben et Flo in Ste-Julie, but this morning I was rather disappointed. At least an hour to be served, the bacon was clearly reheated and limp whereas it is usually super crispy and the eggs were not as requested for 4 out of 5 people. There's clearly a problem in the kitchen. You'll have to look into it if you don't want to lose customers.

Extremely low temperature, everyone ate with their coats on. 1 hour 15 minutes to get our plate which arrived lukewarm. The little waitress is not to blame. We will continue to go to Allo Mon Coco!

I loved my time in this restaurant. Perfect atmosphere for a discussion meeting. Excellent service and delicious meal.

My partner asked for an alcoholic coffee and it was really not good. She asks to exchange it for a regular coffee but tells him they have to charge it. I understand their point but service-wise it's not the best I've seen at this level... especially for a coffee that literally costs them $1 to make (even with alcohol)...
It's not the waitress's fault and her service was good, but we are disappointed.

Unfortunately too many people on Sunday morning, unable to get in there, it waits until outside, unfortunately forced to go elsewhere for lunch.

Very good, they are nice, they smell good and there is a television.

Always very good, clean and fresh food, filter coffee a little bland, it could be improved but for the rest it's perfect. This is my favorite lunch restaurant.

Average as restaurant we would say that the air conditioning does not work staff not very pleasant girl who takes us from the. Good restaurant, good and generous dish

Se faire chicaner par le serveur un dimanche matin parce que ça prend 1h avoir notre déjeuner… et qu’on demande pourquoi ça prend autant de temps… comme si c’était la première fois qu’on allait déjeuner un matin de weekend. Et ça arrive froid, sec.
