We love L'Oeufrier de Longueuil for the quality of its food, the quality of the service and the relaxed atmosphere and fun of the restaurant! We therefore expected a similar experience in Ste-Julie. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Far from it! We had to park outside the restaurant parking lot, we had to wait a good 30 minutes before being seated and another hour before being served. To make matters worse, the waitress informed us that the kitchen had "lost the order"! At least, if the quality would have been there, we would have accepted the long wait. We rather have the impression that the food had spent a good 30 minutes on the warming plate considering the state in which the bines, potatoes and bacon were when they arrived on the plate. When we made the comment to the waitress, we were told that it was normal! So I asked for compensation and was told NO! It was explained to me that there are a lot of groups in the restaurant. As I understand it, for this reason we had to accept eating substandard food? It was a disappointing experience all round. I don't think we will return to l'Oeufrier de Ste-Julie and we will not recommend this branch, either to our acquaintances or online.

depuis quand les serveuses exigent un montant de 25% de la facture sachant que un bill depassent 150$ . c est mal aisant devant mes invités toute la gang était sans mots.on a laissé un pourboir de 15$ mais la personne nous a dit qu elle est sous payé, elle nous a comme pousser indirectement de rajouter un pourboir suplementaire , c est ce que nous avons fait en argent cash.

For a restaurant as mostly empty it took us almost 30 minutes from ordering food to recieving it. The food was mildly warm the toast that arrived 10 minutes after the food was warmer

Apparently, a $20 poutine breakfast doesn't count as lunch and they charge you for the coffee separately. A coffee that tastes like an ashtray, so it's not a big loss, but still.

Total disappointment, normally this chain of lunch restaurants is my favorite. 1st time and last time in Ste-Julie. I asked for very well cooked scrambled eggs....25 minute wait, not only were they undercooked but they were broken and scrambled on the plate, plate turned over, surprisingly just a minute later back of the plate, eggs cooked on one side!!! In all l'oeufrier restaurants, they take the time to beat the eggs and not directly on the plate...owner, tell your cook to make the scrambled eggs properly. Impeccable service from the waitress.

I went there today with my family around noon. It was quiet and not the rush. I ordered a poutine breakfast. It really wasn't good. Everything was overcooked (burnt) everything! The potatoes were black, the salamis were almost all black, the sunny-side-up eggs were so dry (white and yolk) that I could pick them up and they wouldn't move and they would break into pieces. In addition, the waitress forgot us and they did not bring us the bill. An hour later, a nice waitress told us that the owner had left and forgotten her table. So much for the boss.
Very fair food, service and prices! The atmosphere, however, is very questionable. Firstly: the air conditioning is not sufficient and, secondly, it is extremely noisy; to an unpleasant level. On this last point, I can affirm that the person who designed the interior layout did not have sufficient knowledge. Most finishes reflect sound rather than dampen it. It is clear that I will not go back there again on busy or hot days!
