I love the crust of the pizza and the sauce tastes really good. Perfect crust cooking, good quantity of ingredients and good price.
I show up to pick up an order at the counter and return home before realizing part of the order is missing.
20 minutes drive later I am back at the branch. I explain the situation to the cashier who seems new so asks the manager to come. She is sitting in the kitchen behind the counter and refuses to get up to come help even after 2 requests from the cashier saying “you can come and see me” while remaining seated in the kitchen without moving. I am asking for compensation for their error since I had to drive 20 minutes to return to the restaurant. The customer service on the phone does not want it since according to them they resolved the situation by letting me return to the restaurant to get the sauces? No logic I had to resolve their error they did nothing.
